Hebrews: the Jewish Gospel

No book more clearly shows the relationship of the old law and its covenants, the priesthood and the sacrifices, and the sanctuary – all as a shadow of the realities we have in Jesus Christ. The Book of Hebrews will help us understand the significance of Jesus’ sacrifice (both in life and death) and is intended to keep Jewish Christians of the 1st Century, and those who read it today, from falling away from Christ.
