Godly Dedication
The temple I am going to build will be great, because our God is greater than all other gods.

Can God become "small" in the hearts and minds of people? Solomon wanted to prevent this in Israel, so he constructed a temple that, in its own limited way, would reflect the majesty of Yahweh. The temple stood as a constant reminder of God's presence among His people – the place where His justice and mercy would meet.
