The King and His Kingdom
Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them. (John 3:36)
Have you ever heard anyone ask, “Who is Jesus to you?” That may be good to consider, but the more important question is, “Who is Jesus in truth?” The Jews had their preconception of who and what the Messiah would be and many missed Him when He came because Jesus defined Himself on God’s terms, not theirs. It is possible to believe God is doing something great and still miss Him because you did not accept Him on His terms.
