Follow Me: the call of the disciple to walk with Jesus
As Jesus walked among us for a few, short years, he gave an invitation for those who would be his disciples: "Follow me." Jesus wanted more than for people to know him, or to listen to his teachings, or to be amazed at his miracles and parables. Jesus wanted relationship. He wanted men and women to spend time with him. He wanted their lives to be transformed because they had spent time with him. He wanted men and women who would "follow me." This study delves into the gospels where Jesus said, "Follow Me," and what He meant in those instances. Challenge one another to take this call seriously and gain practical applications for what following looks like in our lives.
